Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-07
We do not ask for your Instagram credentials, and we do not intentionally store the Instagram media you check through the service. We do use analytics, advertising, cookies, and limited technical logs, so this page explains those practices directly.
-
1) What we collect (data minimization)
- No personal details by default; no storage of usernames, emails, or Instagram login credentials.
- Limited technical data needed to operate, secure, and debug the service, such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, referrer, and error logs.
- No Instagram media storage; transient handling only to deliver your request.
-
2) Cookies and tracking
- We use cookies or similar technologies through Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and core site functions. These technologies may support measurement, fraud prevention, ad delivery, language or consent preferences, and performance monitoring.
- Depending on your region and consent status, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland may be shown a consent message or CMP flow before certain advertising purposes are enabled.
-
3) How we use limited information and third-party services
- Run and protect the service (availability, abuse prevention, security).
- Aggregate measurement through analytics tools to understand traffic, stability, and usability so we can improve the site.
- Render and measure ads through Google AdSense and related vendors, which may use data about your visit subject to your region, consent choices, and Google’s ad settings.
-
4) Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. Limited technical data may be shared with service providers such as hosting, security, analytics, consent-management, and advertising partners, including Google, and with authorities when required by law.
-
5) Retention
Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security, troubleshooting, measurement, and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized. Messages you send are kept only as long as needed to respond. Third-party vendors may keep data under their own policies.
-
6) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (including HTTPS). No method is 100% secure, but we aim to minimize exposure.
-
7) Children’s privacy
Not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child’s data was provided, contact us and we’ll delete it where applicable.
-
8) International transfers
Data may be processed outside your region through global infrastructure and vendors such as hosting providers, CDNs, analytics services, consent tools, and advertising partners. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
-
9) Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, deletion, correction, restriction, or objection. You may also manage cookies through your browser and, where available, through the consent message shown on the site. If we do not have personal data on file, we will say so.
-
10) Third-party links and vendor policies
Third-party sites and vendors, including Google services used for analytics and advertising, have their own policies and controls. Review those policies separately if you want more detail on their practices.
-
11) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy; “Last updated” will change. Continued use means you accept the revised Policy.
