Public-content guide

负责任使用

Invista 用于检查已经公开的信息。公开可见并不取消创作者权利、隐私期待、平台规则或当地法律责任。

Public information only

Use Invista only for profiles and media that are publicly available at the time of the check. Private accounts, restricted media, deleted posts, expired stories, and content hidden by privacy settings are outside the scope of the service.

Respect creator rights

A public post is not automatically free to copy, repost, save, or reuse. Treat captions, images, videos, brand marks, and profile images as content controlled by their owners unless you have permission or a clear legal basis.

Use context carefully

Short profile checks can help with creator research, brand review, support triage, and public verification. Avoid using public information for harassment, impersonation, doxing, unwanted targeting, or misleading claims about a person or organization.

Request review when needed

Profile owners, rights holders, and affected users can request review of public results surfaced through Invista. Include the relevant URL, your relationship to the content, and enough detail for a concrete review.

Practical checklist

  • Confirm that the profile and media are public before relying on a result.
  • Do not claim Invista can access private, restricted, deleted, or expired content.
  • Link back to original sources where appropriate instead of copying media.
  • Use public profile checks for narrow research and verification tasks.
  • Use the contact or content review page for rights, privacy, or correction requests.
